Elizabeth Miller, Contributing Editor of Spinning and Weaving: Radical Feminism for the 21st Century, asked me to write a song to celebrate the recent release of the book.
I am thrilled by what this request brought into my life!
This little art video was created by April Neault of the WLRN collective to illustrate the lyrics and music of the song. Matthew Sanborn collaborated on the project and voila, a new song immersed in artful spider images was born! Not only that, Matt and I are now moving forward with a project to capture 12 - 15 of my songs to put them into an album! Stay tuned for more details about that project as 2021 unfolds.
